Brief History

2009

Entered the European market with the establishment of a subsidiary in the Czech Republic.

2008

CBSChina was founded in March, launching cross-border supply chain quality services in the electronics industry. The company took its first step towards globalization by establishing a subsidiary in Malaysia in April.

2010

Expanded into the automotive industry as a partner in Ford’s global supply chain, providing quality services in this sector. A subsidiary was established in Korea in September.

2017

Rapid globalization continued with the establishment of subsidiaries in India, the USA, the UK, and Slovakia.

2012

Entered the North American market with the establishment of a subsidiary in Mexico.

2019

Established a subsidiary in Vietnam. Began offering cross-border supply chain warehousing and after-sales services, including setting up a B2B warehouse in Europe with ADR certification and Class 9 dangerous goods storage for EV batteries.

2021

Established subsidiaries in Hungary, Germany, and Poland. Began offering supply chain relocation services.

2020

Partnered with BMW’s global supply chain and became the exclusive quality service provider for BMW’s South Africa plant. Established a subsidiary in South Africa and relocated CBSChina’s headquarters to Suzhou SIP as the Global Operation Headquarters.

2024

Established CBS Global Holding Company in Hong Kong and rebranded as CBS Global.
